Yes. A secure server supports Sheriar Books Online. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, please feel free to Contact Us via phone, fax or mail.

If your order has not been shipped it can easily be changed or canceled. If your order has been shipped, you can ship the order (or part of it) back to us. As long as the item(s) remains in saleable condition, the order can be either refunded or exchanged for a different item(s) and only the shipping costs (both ways) will be incurred. If you want to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

As long as the item(s) you wish to return is in SALEABLE CONDITION and is being returned within 90 days of purchase you have three options:

  1. Full refund by check or credit to your credit card used for initial purchase.
  2. Exchange your returned item(s) for a different item(s).
  3. Establish store credit to be used for future purchases.

When returning an order through the mail, be sure to package your return with liberal amounts of protective material (bubble wrap, newspaper, etc.) and to insure it in case of loss or damage.

Within the U.S:

Media mail: 7-10 business days
Priority mail: 2-3 business days
FedEx Ground: 5 business days
FedEx 2nd Day: 2-3 business days

Outside the U.S.:

Priority Mail International: 6-10 days
Global Express Mail: 1-3 days

If you chose to have your order insured, file a claim with your local post office. Sheriar Foundation strongly suggests that you insure your orders, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by common carriers.

There are items available in our physical bookstore that are not online. The best way to be sure the item you have in mind is available is to Contact Us and a friendly, real, live person will be happy to help you.

Many of our books and DVDs are available wholesale to either bookstores or Meher Baba Groups. For a detailed list of wholesale items and discounts available, please contact our bookstore manager, Laura Smith.

Gift certificates may be purchased online or through Sheriar Foundation Bookstore in Myrtle Beach. If you purchase a gift certificate online you have the option of having a paper certificate sent by post or an electronic certificate emailed to the gift receiver. Either way, gift certificates offer a place to write a personalized message and come with a validation number. This number is needed to redeem the gift certificate.

To redeem a gift certificate online, shop around as usual adding items to your shopping cart. When you go to check out there will be a field to fill in the validation number. Enter the validation number in this field. The validation number should look like this: GIFT25-12345678. Otherwise come into our store or send in your gift certificate along with your order.

If the value of your gift certificate is higher than the item(s) you wish to purchase, you can either establish credit with us to be used for a later purchase or have the remaining value returned to you by check. If the value of your gift certificate is less than what you wish to purchase, simply pay the difference.

Purchasing a gift certificate is just like purchasing any other item we carry. Our return policy applies to the gift certificate (if not yet redeemed) as well as to any items purchased with a gift certificate.

Shipping within the U.S.
Customers are charged exact shipping based on weight and destination, plus a nominal handling fee. Insurance is optional but is strongly suggested, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by common carriers. The option to choose insurance is available in the check out process. FedEx insures automatically up to $100. For additional insurance, please Contact Us.

Shipments within the U.S. are sent via media mail, priority mail, FedEx Ground and FedEx 2nd Day Air. If you would like an order quicker than that or sent via FedEx, please Contact Us directly.

FedEx 2nd Day Air is offered primarily for safe shipping of fragile or high-priced / oversized items such as the large format photographs. It is not offered for speed of delivery. However, if you choose FedEx 2nd Day, we will do our best to get it out as quickly as possible.

The estimated arrival times for shipments within the U.S. are:

International Shipping

Your name and address will be removed from these lists immediately upon your request. Sheriar Foundation does not share its mailing lists with any third parties.
