Dying Every Moment

At a certain point
Everything that has not fallen away
becomes essential.
Slowly, the process reveals itself, unveils itself.

Makes itself known
only to those who have ceased all thinking
Who have ended all pretense
And who, shaking off
The tattered remnants of yesterday’s turmoil,
have entered Baba’s Samadhi
To sit comfortably in uncertaintly.

By this time, space
has come to teach us
by merely clearing
the table
And the resulting
emptiness is
the point at which
growth
Is unavoidable.
