Fish to the Fisher

The One in the Many

Highway streams with roar and rush.
As I stay in the middle lane behind a
slow truck, one speeding car snakes
right, left, in, out, gone.
Eyes shift from traffic to Your picture, traffic,
You, distant snow-dusted mountains, traffic
You, ocean-blue sky, You, traffic, You.
Truck from a window company passes.
Sign on its side says Love The Life You See,
and I remember – You, the One in the many.
